Love jalapeños? A massive multi-state recall is putting fresh peppers in the spotlight after a Salmonella Javiana outbreak was linked to 431 illnesses and 57 hospitalizations. The recalled jalapeños were distributed across 32 states and reportedly used in whole produce, salsas, pico de gallo, salad bars, and other prepared foods.
